Hi I’m Maria. The difference you see here is about 100 pounds. I’m currently still trying to lose a bit of tummy fat but I’m mostly focused on toning and muscle building. My journey was far from an easy one and I ran into some serious bumps along the road but I am so glad I never gave up, the struggle was worth it. Health and fitness is the only way to do it. If you are reading this and need a little kick, just know that you’re fucking awesome and you can do this.
